MOORHEAD LIBRARY TO HOST OUTDOOR CONCERT
MOORHEAD – The Moorhead Public Library invites the community to a series of free outdoor concerts featuring regional favorites. In June, the Meat Rabbits will take the stage, sharing their traditional polka, contemporary, rock, and pop music for a fun and lively show. The concert will be held outside the Moorhead Public Library; food from local vendors will be available for purchase. The concert is scheduled Thursday, June 12 from 6-8 p.m. at the Moorhead Public Library, 118 5th St. S.
The series will continue with concerts featuring Post Traumatic Funk Syndrome (Tuesday, July 10 from 6-8 p.m.) and the Fargo Spelemannslag Hardanger Fiddlers (Thursday, August 14 from 6-8 p.m.) The family-friendly events are offered free-of-charge thanks in part to funding from the Minnesota Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs for seating.
The library has also scheduled a Blood Drive with the Red Cross, to be held Wednesday, June 25 from noon-6 p.m. Appointment slots are filling up; those interested in donating can register at larl.org/events. Donors will be eligible for a $15 gift card, as well as a chance to win a $7,000 prize.
PROPERTY ASSESSMENT REVIEWS TO OCCUR IN SELECTED NEIGHBORHOODS
MOORHEAD – The City of Moorhead Assessing Division will be conducting residential property reviews in selected neighborhoods in the coming weeks. Clearly identified City assessors may be walking around, viewing and taking photos of your property’s exterior.
Property reviews help the City Assessor determine current and accurate property values as required by the State of Minnesota. An interior inspection ensures the most accurate valuation.

Reviews will occur in the following subdivisions: Hopkins Addition, Original Townsite, Steeple Court Condos, Walkers Sub White Addition, Whites 2nd Addition, and Outlots.
