CAUCUS LOCATIONS FOR REPUBLICANS OF CLAY COUNTY

The 2026 Clay County Republican Caucuses will be held on February 3, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Doors will open at 6:15 p.m.

The Republicans of Clay County has three caucus locations – Dilworth, Barnesville, and Hawley. You must attend the caucus location for the precinct in which you reside.

Precinct caucuses are the first in a series of meetings where parties may endorse candidates, select delegates and alternates, offer resolutions to the party’s platform, and organize the local Republican Party unit for the next two years. This year there will be a Straw Poll for Governor.

To participate, you must be eligible to vote in the next general election and live in the precinct. You also must generally agree with the principles of the political party hosting the caucus you are attending.

The following Clay County precincts will meet at Dilworth Elementary School (North entrance), 108 Main Street N, Dilworth, MN:

Dilworth City, Elmwood Twp, Georgetown City, Georgetown Twp, Glyndon City, Glyndon Twp, Kragnes Twp, Kurtz Twp, Moland Twp, Moorhead City – all 13 Precincts, Moorhead Twp Precincts 1 and 2, Morken Twp, Oakport Twp, Sabin City, and Viding Twp.

If your Clay County precinct is not listed above, the caucus location of your precinct may be found at www.claymnrepublicans.com under Special Events.

Please know your precinct/caucus location before attending the caucus. (To find your precinct/township, go to https://gis.lcc.mn.gov/iMaps/precincts/.)
