Giving Hearts Day Open House: 4:00 – 8:00 pm. Moorhead Public Library at 118 5th St. S. Join the Friends of the Moorhead Library for an Open House celebrating their first year participating in Giving Hearts Day. To honor the occasion, the Friends will offer refreshments and entertainment, including a performance by Imagination Theater, activities, library tours and more. This event is open to everyone and is offered free-of-charge.

Justin Binek and Rosana Eckert Jazz Recital: 7:30 – 8:30 pm. Christiansen Recital Hall at Concordia College in Moorhead. Internationally recognized jazz singer and pianist Justin Binek and renowned vocalist and songwriter Rosana Eckert unite for an unforgettable evening of world-class jazz music. Free.

Red River Singles Potluck/Social/Game Event: 3:00 – 7:00 pm. 2820 12th Ave. S. in Moorhead. Singles of Fargo-Moorhead and surrounding area are welcomed to attend all Red River Singles Events. All Potluck-Social-Game Events are intended for those over 20 years old. A main food item is available until gone. Participants may bring food or games to share, but not required. It’s a place to have fun, eat good food, relax, and meet people. Free.

Fargo’s Makers Market: 1:00 – 5:00 pm. Fargo Brewing Company at 610 N. University Dr. in Fargo. Local Artisans will be outside in the parking lot displaying their creations for show and sale. Free.

A Sacred Midwinter Showcase: 2:00- 4:00 pm. Sts. Anne & Joachim Catholic Church at 5202 25th St. S. in Fargo. A concert of sacred choral works highlighting various parts of the Liturgical year from the student-led octet. Free.
