Dilworth City Administrator Peyton Mastera elected President of Minnesota City/County Management Association

Dilworth City Administrator Peyton Mastera was recently elected as the 2024-25 Minnesota City/County Management Association (MCMA) President. The MCMA Board elected Mastera at the MCMA Annual Conference held at Madden’s on Gull Lake, May 1-3.
Mastera has served as Dilworth’s city administrator and been an MCMA member since 2014. Before working in Dilworth, Mastera served as the city planner for Murray, Ky., from 2006-2011 and as the city’s projects administrator/manager from 2011-2014. Mastera attended Murray State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science in 2004 and a master’s degree in public administration in 2006.
Mastera is an International City/County Management Association Credentialed Manager and has served on the MCMA Board of Directors since 2019. Outside of MCMA, Mastera also serves on the Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors, the Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo Chamber of Commerce Public Policy Committee, and the F-M Metropolitan Council of Governments.
MCMA is a professional and educational organization for appointed management executives and assistants who serve cities, counties, and other local governments in Minnesota. MCMA is a state association affiliate of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA), headquartered in Washington, D.C.
