Moorhead High School Homecoming Court King And Queen Crowned

Martan Gregorie and Autumn Gronwold were named Moorhead High School’s 2021-22 homecoming king and queen on Sunday, Oct. 3. 

Other members of the homecoming court include Raymond Altenbernd, Austin Altepeter, Fatima Amedi, Giulio Angotti, Haleigh Cleem, Isabella DeJean, Ignacio Delgado, Hailey Floberg, Anna Galvez, Zach Hanson, Elliot Hoff, Cora Huls, Mya Pfiefer, Andrew Searls, Jack Teiken, Maria Zanotti, Carson Zimmel and Jada Zurn.

Moorhead High School’s homecoming parade will begin at 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 8. The parade begins on 20th Street South at 24th Avenue South and will end at 12th Avenue South.

The homecoming football game against Elk River will start at 6 p.m. at the Jim Gotta Stadium.

Homecoming weekend includes additional festivities as well. The Moorhead High School Hall of Honor inductee brunch will take place on Saturday, Oct. 9 at 11 a.m. at the Moorhead High School Career Academy, 2800 27th Ave. S. Cliff Halmrast, Dan Altenbernd, Arnie Ellingson, Jacenta Wirth and Steve Sellent are to be inducted. Tickets are available at 218-284-2345 or dsmith@moorheadschools.org.

The Moorhead Legacy Education Foundation Gala event is also taking place on Saturday, Oct. 9 at 6:30 p.m. The event is being held at the Moorhead Armory Event Center, 904 Center Ave. Tickets can be purchased at https://www.moorheadlegacy.org.
