Security for the home

I can’t understand why more people don’t have cameras and security products for their home. I suppose it sounds too complicated and complex to the average person, but it is has become very simple and cheap these days.

Why do it? People have become so violent today because of the drug use, unemployment and we have become desensitized to violence.

You can pick up a 4 camera security system for around $300. The cameras will have infra red to see and record in the dark, the DVR, which is a storage and recording device, will hold all the recording for around a month. When the hard drive is full, it will back erase and continue recording. You can look back in time and watch who has come to your house, (or burglarized it) and see all four camera views at once or just individual cameras. Meanwhile, all cameras are still recording while you watch past history.

The same system is capable of being on the Internet and can be viewed from anywhere in the world from your computer or a friend’s computer (with the proper password).

The cameras come ready to screw on the wall, hide in something, (inside or outside) and have all the cable and simple plug-in ends. It really gives you a secure feeling, knowing that whoever steals your stuff is going to get caught.

Another thing that’s nice… you can download a scene or several minutes onto a thumb drive and give it to the police so they can put it on the 6:00 PM news. That way the public can identify your kidnappers or the burglar that stole your lawnmower and boat. You can also make the parents pay for that nasty vandalism that was done on your home or vehicle.
