Simple Tzatziki Sauce

1 Clove Garlic

2 tsp Distilled White Vinegar

2 Cups Fall-Fat Greek Yogurt

Half a cucumber

Salt to taste

Mince the cucumber and garlic clove. Add the vinegar, yogurt and add salt to taste. If you are looking for a slightly thinner mix, consider changing 2 cups of yogurt to 1 and half cups of yogurt and then 1/2 cup of sour cream.
