This recipe is from our co-worker, Amber Ertelt, and was featured in the 2021 KFGO Listener Cookbook.
Cake –
1 white cake mix
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup apple sauce
3 egg whites
1 – 6 oz. yogurt (your flavor of choice)
Frosting –
1 container Cook Whip
1 – 6 oz. yogurt (your flavor of choice)
Mix together and bake cake as directed on the box.
